1) Drink 8 Glasses Of Water Per Day…Roughly (2-3 Litres)

2) Drink 2 Glasses Of Milk Equal To 1 Litre ( 0.5Litres Per Glass) With High Calcium Content (200mg Of Calcium Per 100ml of Milk is Good)

3) Don’t Mess With Any Electronic Devices 1 Hour Before Sleep, Eg. I-phone…PC…Watching TV….Only Exceptions Are Listening To Relaxing Music To Wind Down To…This Will Ensure a Deep Night Sleep!

Sleep & it’s Affects on Height

Sleep is an essential factor for Growing Taller and Increasing Height…

You Release the Biggest Surge of Growth Hormone During Your Sleep…so it’s essential that we get a good Sleep!

Here are 5 Tips To help You Get a Good Sleep…Not only that but ones that Will Enable you to Grow Taller:

1) Sleep On your Back or Side With 1 or No Pillows

2) Avoid Drinking any Kind Of Stimulant 6-8 Hours before You Plan to go to Sleep (Coffee/Tea/Redbull etc)

3) In a Perfect World…Ideal time to Go to bed would be bout 10/11pm and then Get a Good 8-10 hours Sleep.  But Because of peoples commitments (Work/Family/Fitness/Lifestyle) they have to change it accordingly…

For Example…if you Work nights then Make sure you get your 8-10 Hours Sleep During the Day…

4) Avoid Messing /Watching or Playing With Electrical Devices…For Example

Watching TV…Playing Video Games…Playing on your I-phone etc…

The electrical Signals Keep a Part of our Brain Stimulated so we struggle to get sleep…

5) Avoid Carbohydrates 2 hours before Bed…It Will Not Only Dampen your Huge Growth Hormone Burst of the Day But will Keep Your body awake due to the Slow Release Energy You get From it…

Sleep Tight! Zzz zzz

Is Growth Hormone Release & Eating Before Bedtime Affecting Your Height?

sleep and growth hormones hgh

The largest daily pulse of GH (Growth Hormone) takes place during the beginning stages of Sleep.

Although there are differing opinions about eating before bed, most people agree that carbohydrates before bed would hinder release of Growth Hormone (because insulin dampens Growth Hormone).

So Avoid carbohydrates 2 Hours Before Bed.  If you want to Take Protein That Will be Fine and Will Promote GH Release Whilst Also Drip Feeding Your Body Protein While You sleep.

Whey Protein Powders Are Good For This…

Or One of My Favourites before bed is Cottage Cheese…Which is another Source of Slow Release Protein…

Sleep Well…
