      Hey Omar – At 20 the better program for you would be the GTPS. It is designed to help you grow in a more supported way, it is longer but it works and people at your age get better results from it rather than from the 90 days program which is a lot older. Regards, GTG

    I can not sleep for 8 hours I can sleep more than 8 hours later in November But until that time you have to reduce sleep Would you like to sleep at least some time if I like it? How about 6 hours?

      Hey Jacops – the minimum sleep you should try to be getting is around 7 hours as you need that time for your body to repair, produce hormones and grow, Regards. GTG
