Hi GTG, I do pull ups and push ups everyday, except on weekends. So can I omit the pull up machine and chest presses? We do these two only to strengthen our upper bodies anyway right?
Can kicking a punching bag (or kickboxing) increase height. Cause it causes microfractures which ossifies the shins to be longer. I just wanna know before purchasing a bag. Thanks 🙂
