Depending on how Strict of a vegetarian you are, some veggies I know eat fish. IF this is so you won’t need to find any alternatives but if you do not eat Fish or Eggs You will need to replace all the protein that is shown in Your Grow Taller Program with
- Protein Shakes
- Pumpkin/sesame/sunflower seeds
- Variety of nuts, the best ones are Almonds, peanuts, pistachios
You could also try
- Protein bars, and/or
- Meat alternatives with high protein content.
Otherwise the diet will be fine.
