Are you confused when it comes to Growing Taller? the main question i get as the Grow Taller Guru is How To Grow Taller?
Now…There is no simple answer to this…
but i’m going to share 5 things that you should be doing right now in order to Grow Taller
1) You Should be Getting 7-8 Hours of Solid Sleep Per Day
2) You Should be Following Some sort of Stretching Regime
3) You Should be Drinking 2 Litres of Water Per day
4) You Should be Getting a daily intake of Proteins From Foods in your Diet
5) You should Stop Smoking and Quit Alcoholic Drinks immediately.
Growing Taller Does Not Happen Overnight!!!

i have done this for a night and have grown 3 centimetres is this normal?

Never chcek your height when u just wake up, if everyone in the whole world checked thier heiht when they just woke up everyone will be 1-3 inches taller. As I see you wrote this comment 6:59 so i guess u just woke up and checked?
I grew half a centimeter lol, it’s already been a week!
And a question, i usually eat my protein at the last few hours of the day..um i usually eat chicken but it has a few spices with it is that okay? also i eat it with rice lettuce and tomatoes, is that a good dinner meal with protein or do you have any suggestions?

Hey Jonathan – You don’t need to worry too much about diet until stage 3, though it is best to eat as healthily as possible – however Pizza as a one off in the early stages will not do you too much harm. Regards, GTG
