Now…There is no simple answer to this…

but i’m going to share 5 things that you should be doing right now in order to Grow Taller

1) You Should be Getting 7-8 Hours of Solid Sleep Per Day 

2) You Should be Following Some sort of Stretching Regime

 3) You Should be Drinking 2 Litres of Water Per day

4) You Should be Getting a daily intake of Proteins From Foods in your Diet

 

 

5) You should Stop Smoking and Quit Alcoholic Drinks immediately.

 

 

Growing Taller Does Not Happen Overnight!!!

  1. I am an Asian so I eat rice for every meal. Is that bad? Also, how much protein do I need to consume in a day?

    1. I’m not Gtg or anything, but I know from working out you need to eat 1,5g – 2,0 g Per kilo, But I don’t think U need that much as for stretching.

  2. hey Lance this is wierd, whenever I get home from school I’m shorter than how much I’ve gained, and after I do all My stages and stretches I return to the height I have gained ( which is at about 9:00pm ) do you know why I’m shorter when I get home after school and then return to my gained height after I finish all my stretches?

    1. Hey Ivan – You are always taller in the morning (this is your true height) you get a little shorter during the day due to gravity compressing your spine. The stretches just help you return to your actual height as they correct your posture and encourage growth again for when you sleep. Regards, GTG

  3. Hey Lance I have 2 questions:
    1. I am experiencing fluctuation right now and Im already almost finished with stage 3 when will the fluctuation stop?
    2. I’m about to begin stage 4 can you tell me what I need for Stage 4? because I need to know what I’m suppose to use to be prepared?

    1. Hey Ivan – stage 4 covers squats. so if you have weights they would be handy for this stage. As for fluctuations, it differs from person to person, so it depends on you. Try not to worry though they will stop. Just keep working hard on the program, you are doing great. Regards, GTG!

  4. Ive made it to stage 5 now but the last month I haven’t been doing my stage 1 stretches or my hanging exercise. The hanging exercises frustrate me simply because Lance says you have to hang for 6min but I can barely hang for 1 and a half minutes. Are the stage 1 stretches that important and how do I hang for 6min?

    1. Hey Gilbert – The stage 1 stretches are integral to the program as is the hanging. you need to do them every day. As for the hanging, you could wear gloves as that helps and you could split up the 6 mins of hanging throughout the day. Once your body is used to it you will find it easier. You can do it!     1. Hey Crystal – You can do the hanging anytime 8 hours after waking up. For example if you wake up at 6am you can do the hanging anytime from 2pm onwards. Regards, GTG
