How Long Can it take for your Body to get used to a Grow Taller Program?

With body builders when then rip the muscle with lifting heavy weights the body naturally repairs itself bigger and stronger; the same applies with the exercises For Growing Taller.

But Like I Mentioned on a Previous Email if you Grow Taller and don’t Maintain your correct posture you could lose the Height you have gained.

Luckily you only lose like 0.5 inches every 4 years on average but it will soon add up.  That’s why you should maintain your height by doing the stretches once a month after you have grown to your full potential…

As Far As Getting Used to a Program…It Depends From Individual to individual…After about 30-60 Days Your Body Will Prepare itself for a Large Amount of Growth…and Generally after that Your Body Will Start to Adapt to the Stress you constantly Keep Putting on it( stretching & working out) and Begin to go through a growth period…

Depending on A Mist of Other Factors Like Diet, Sleep, Age etc…it can Take Up to 180 days Before You start seeing any kind of Growth Period…On the Flipside you could also start Growing Really Fast…First 30 days!

But However Long Your Own Growth Period Takes…Never Stop until you are Happy With Your Progress!

What time is the best time to stretch?

I Often Get Asked the Best Times To perform Stretching Exercises Throughout the Day…

Sometimes this cannot always be convenient but you can use as a guide…

From My own Personal Experience and From Results of my Clients and Customers I Feel the Best Time to Stretch are Within 1 Hour of Waking Up and Within 1 Hour Before Bed…

I also found that often in the Morning I wasn’t Very Flexible So a Black Coffee and a 5-10 Minute Warm up would Help and I would notice that I would become More Flexible…

I Do Not advise drinking coffee before Bed…Usually however we are at a Natural Awake-ness anyway before bed…so the Coffee is not Necessary…

Depending on your Circumstances…you too should Try to implement this…I do understand that some people do prefer to have a lie in etc.  But I Think You will do Really Well with your Goals and Reach Them A lot Faster if you Do what I myself and Lots of others have done by Doing the stretching at these times…

Doctors and Why they are So Negative about Growing Taller

Doctors are not height Specialists, they a Generalists they are not always familiar with Stretching Techniques & Workouts. 

They often make you feel bad by saying “You can’t Grow Taller after puberty” and rubbish like that. But we have proved the Doctors wrong,

My GP told me the same thing when I was 18, he said I would be 5 FT 8” for LIFE! Yet now, I’m 6FT 3″.   So GP’s are Wrong 99% of the time!

To be honest I just think that doctors don’t want to give False hope to people….

For Example:

Everyone has the potential to have a 6 pack(abs) but I bet if a 25 stone obese person asked there doctor if they could get a 6 pack then they would say that it would be near enough impossible…doctors don’t rely on  peoples determination…they just give scientific facts…

Like when they tell patients that they have cancer…some patients go on to beat it and some don’t…but the doctors always seem to state the negatives….

Like when I was 5ft 8″ my doctor said to me that I wouldn’t Grow no more…but I kind of wanted to Prove him Wrong! and I did!

So I guess because allot of Height Programs rely on Determination…doctors go with the average success of someone with little or no determination…and just say it’s not possible…

But I Believe In You! And So Should You! Keep Pushing To your Limits….

Height Maintenance: What To Do

Once you have got to your Height Goal is good to maintain it by doing the exercises just once a month after you have grown…

The good news is that you only lose height at a rate of 0.5 inches every 4 years(on Average) so even if you didn’t maintain it you would only lose a small amount.

So In a Worst Case Scenario…You Could Lose Your Height of 0.5 Inches and just Do The Program Again for a Few Weeks to get it back…

In 99% of Cases…I find that Once You have Taken the Time to Grow Taller you Generally Respect the Process you went through to get it…So you will Always Keep in your mind what it felt like to be short and that Fear will keep You standing Straight and Maintaining your Height Well…
